ups! JAN 2013

We will be accepting signups
throughout the winter clinics for the 2013
Season.
NEW THIS YEAR! We can accept
Credit Cards or Check Cards for payment If you are
using VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX in person we will
swipe your card on our machine. If you will be
mailing your registration in and want to pay by credit
card, there is a spot at the bottom
of the form to put your card
number.
Official sign ups will be on
the following dates:
FRIDAY's February 8th @ Pine
City Elementary Gym from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm February
15th & 20th @ Broadway Middle School Gym from 5:30pm
to 7:00pm
SATURDAY's
February 16th & 23rd
@ Chapel Park Community Center from 9am to Noon

Registration -
One player is $40, two from the same family
are $60, each additional family members are $20
each. (This includes your two
$5.00 fundraiser ticket, see
below)
In addition, as a fundraiser, each
family will pay $10 for 2 - $5 Raffle tickets The
winning tickets will be drawn at the picnic, We will
draw one ticket for $250, one ticket for $100, and 3
tickets for - $50 winners.
If
interested in selling more tickets, they will be
available and the girl that sell the most tickets will
win a prize at the banquet.
We also have
car decals with Southport Cinderella's logo on
it (Logo is at the lower left of our
website) They are $6.00 each
